SHEAR AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF AFFILIATE RELATIONS, EASTERN DIVISION Hendersonville, Tennessee - BlueHighways TV, a network that explores the people, stories, traditions and music of America, announced today that Davida M. Shear has been named Senior Vice President of Affiliate Relations, Eastern Division. With over twenty years of experience in the cable telecommunications industry, Ms. Shear's career has spanned both content and operator areas of the business, with a specialty in leading the distribution and marketing of new and emerging networks.  She originally became part of the BlueHighways TV team in 2003 and re-joins the company from Mid Atlantic Sports Network, where she served as Vice President of Affiliate Relations.  Ms. Shear has also held positions with International Channel Networks and HBO and has founded two international entrepreneurial ventures outside of the cable telecommunications industry.
