A Personal Message From Stan
Dear Friends,
It is a very exciting time here at BlueHighways TV. We are launching our BlueHighways TV as a 24/7 television network this month and that is always something to get the old heart beating I have been through this twice before, at both CMT in ’84 and Americana Television Network in ’94, but it doesn’t get any easier. Launching a network up is just plain hard work. We, the BHTV family, have a love of the music and life of America and it is well worth the effort.
I want to thank all the viewers who’ve become good friends and have supported us so strongly the past three years while we were providing programming on RFDTV. Now that we are launching our own TV Channel we are no longer able to offer shows on RFD-TV. However, we at BlueHighways TV, are proud that our programs, Heart to Heart, Reno’s Old Time Music Festival, the Gospel Sampler from the Old Country Church and American Journeys were instrumental in building the viewership of RFD-TV and helped them enjoy the success they have today. The viewers that have written and emailed me with encouraging thoughts and support are a personal blessing to me.
We are committed to the great music, the musicians, the artisans, the storytellers and talented people that we find all across our country, along the blue highways. We have many exciting programs and projects coming to your homes and as the years go by we will build this network of BlueHighways TV together, you the viewer and myself, the hillbilly with a dream. It is going to be a wonderful journey and I am so glad you will be going along with me. Thank you my friends, for you are truly people to walk with as we explore the trails and backroads of our great land.
